Baked Chicken Nuggets

These are great for little kids and adults!

2 cups bit size shredded what cereal, crushed to 1 cup
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
1 Tbs. honey
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4 x 2-inch strips (or chicken tenderloins)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients, set aside. Combine mayo, honey and mustard. Coat chicken in wet mixture and then in dry ingredients. Place on baking pan and bake for 10 minutes, flip chicken, and bake another 10 minutes or until not pink in center.

Tastes great dipped in BBQ sauce!
