Amber,
Just wondering what will happen if you use margarine in your rolls instead of butter. I have always used margarine in my rolls but I usually use the bread machine for my dough - I'm a little lazy!

I don't know if anything would "happen" to them. Margarine has a lot more water in it than butter so it might change the consistency of the dough. My biggest reason for using butter is that it tastes soooo much better and it is healthier for you, if you can consider butter "healthy"!!
